The Medical Assistance Transportation Program (MATP) is a Pennsylvania state program that provides non-emergency medical transportation at no cost to residents who receive Medical Assistance (Medicaid) and have an unmet transportation need.

MATP is available in all 67 Pennsylvania counties and is administered by your county government. If you receive a Medical Assistance card, you may already qualify!

You can use MATP to get to any healthcare service paid for by Medicaid β€” doctor visits, dentist, pharmacy, specialist, dialysis, mental health, drug and alcohol treatment, medical equipment suppliers, and more.

  • Pennsylvania residents with a valid Medical Assistance (Medicaid) card
